Nuwu North is one of two stores owned by the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe. Nuwu North is located off the expressway 95 north, on exit 99. This is the closest dispensary to Area 51 and the Nevada Test Site. A few miles up the road from Nuwu North is the next town Indian Springs where Creech Air Force base is located. This air force base is just to the south of the famous Homney Airport or Area 51.
Area 51 is the common name of the highly classified Air Force facility located within the Nevada Test and Training Range. A remote detachment administered by Edwards Air Force Base, the facility is officially called Homey Airport or Groom Lake.
